My company is stationed in China and the cost pressure is very much, so our management wants to implement Lean for survival. I chose the course because the project action learning mode is what I want that can make sure I can apply the concept to my company. In addition, tutor’s comments on my project are also helpful for me. Other classes just talk about tools and the basic concepts, which I can learn by myself.
